However, we will retain personal data for as long as the insurance policy remains in force. <\/p>\n<p>BinderGroup\u2019s deletion policies are based on the Danish Limitation Act (for\u00e6ldelsesloven), the Danish Workers\u2019 Compensation Act (arbejdsskadesikringsloven) and the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogf\u00f8ringsloven). As a result, the deletion period following the termination of an insurance policy depends on the type of insurance and the specific legal framework governing it.<\/p>\n<p>BinderGroup retains data relating to all current customers and stores data relating to potential and former customers for a minimum of five years. In claims cases, personal data is also stored for a minimum of five years.
